fountain is a user-friendly platform built with powerful automation with attentive Customer Support specialists and sourcing experts, simplifying and streamlining the hiring process.
I animated their tool as it currently exists to conceptualize the process and flow of both employers and their prospective employees.

The landing page features a roll of notification messages with the hiring status of prospective employees. This is to showcase the ease of the tool and integration into any device - a laptop, for example.
This shows a Fountain AI chat window that appears on an employer’s website. The AI asks simple information questions, streamlining and easing the hiring process by populating one’s answers into an application.
Employers can use the tool to filter candidates by their preferred categories, select multiple candidates, and send mass SMS.
Employers can also see analytics for openings, positions, locations, etc.
